I have found my forever property but, not surprisingly these days, it is more than I can afford. I am looking for co-investors.
Now is a good time to buy while prices are lower in mid-winter.
I would like to find co-owners who would be interested in buying this property with me,
or a new investor/landlord who sees its intrinsic and future worth as a holding property.
The home is restorable and has 2 potential bedrooms and a loft, roughed plumbing for 2 ensuite bathrooms and a 3rd 3-piece bathroom with jacuzzi tub. It's a great .6 acre holding property by a creek, and a block from the bay, with a view of the coast on a clear day! (I'm a poet, that slipped out! : )
I've lived on the property a total of 4 years over the last 9. I recently paid for a hydro pole and connection myself, and know the property well. I can take you on a tour, which would include a viewing of the house, which is not available through the seller's or any other real estate agents, reasons to be explained when you call.

PS: It's across the street from beach access, has a view of Georgia Strait and the coastal mountains, has a pond, is beside a creek with a forest behind which meanders from waterfalls just a short walk through.
I have owned 5,000 square foot homes with indoor pools on 4 and 5 acre properties, and many beautiful homes over the years. I am positive this is a property which will significantly increase in value over time, and could double its original cost today in an even shorter time with just a little love and tlc.
