We are looking for someone who is a good fit for our little suite. We have had student renters and out of town workers in past, and are open to anyone who is financially stable, respectful and enjoys a quiet neighbourhood.
The suite is fully furnished (some furniture can be stored but we would prefer someone who needs a furnished suite). It has a lovely view of the inlet, very inspiring on a day to day basis to have such beauty. Fully self contained. Run as a BnB in summertime so it is only available from November 1st until April 30th, but could be the perfect stepping stone for someone who wishes to move here or for a temporary worker/student. We have extensive gardens full of food and flower bearing crops, so it can be a very nice place to be depending on time of year :)
Single occupancy (too small for two) and no pets please as we have a few already on the property.
