Looking for an emotionally healthy, mature tenant to fit into an unpretentious semi-intelligent household.
My log house is a 3-bedroom with a cathedral ceiling, hardwood floors, built-in bookcases, propane fireplace, two bathrooms - you pretty much have one bathroom to yourself except when I use the washer/dryer. BBQ, patio furniture, outdoor sleep bed in summer, surrounded by fenced-in backyard. Extra desk in upstairs office for your paperwork stuff. Wireless internet. Cable TV at your own cost. Cat who loves everybody and aging protector dog. Doing renovations and landscaping pathetic yard slowly.
Your room has a closet for hanging clothes, a window for sneaking in late at night, a light for reading before bed, walls to push things up against, more built-in bookcases, and carpet for digging your toes into. It's basically everything you could want - one room even has a dresser and a queen size bed!
I am a newly graduated middle-aged cook and former biologist who enjoys feeding you my latest creations. I do not drink nor smoke although I need hi-end coffee and chocolate. When home, I unwind, read, visit friends; take the cat & dog for a walk along the ocean cliff trail in front of my house. I recycle like nobody's business & expect the same. When I am working away from home, feed cat and dog and take care of house like it is yours.
Because it is Nanoose Bay, you will need your own vehicle - the nearest bus is over a mile away. Rent includes utilities, privacy in an otherwise one-person household, a better neighborhood, a unique house.
